Experienced Counsel On
Elder Law, Wills, Trusts & Probate
Since 1979, the firm of Mark H. Weiss, P.C. has provided Long Island clients with highly personalized and professional legal service. For the last 20 years, we have concentrated our practice on elder law and laws pertaining to individuals with special needs. We have developed a level of expertise in estate planning issues that promotes the health, safety and welfare of vulnerable adults. We provide sound advice and reliable legal instruments covering a wide range of issues, including:
Asset Protection Plans In Advance and at Moments of Crisis
When it comes to asset protection, it is always preferable to plan ahead. The benefits of an estate plan are often cumulative, increasing over time. However, our office frequently meets with clients at a time of crisis, when mom or dad are in a hospital or are becoming unduly forgetful. Even at these points, there are planning techniques available to preserve much of the assets and the home.
Our Office Gives Personal,
Prompt & Professional Attention
For Mark H. Weiss, P.C., serving your family comes as naturally as serving our own. Attorney Mark Weiss is a Long Island native with deep roots in the area. Our office team is made up of longtime staffers who are also invested in your success. We listen carefully to your concerns and build a plan to fit your needs.
